CNC Glass Machining and Drilling
Our CNC machining centres drill holes, cut notches and machine hardware cutouts with consistent accuracy. Precise machining is essential for glass that has to fit hinges, clamps, patch fittings, standoffs and handles, because a misplaced hole cannot be fixed after the glass is tempered. We machine every panel before tempering so it arrives ready to install with your hardware.
Where Machined Glass Is Used
Shower doors and enclosures, frameless glass doors, glass railings with standoff or clamp systems, partitions, display cases and OEM components all depend on accurate machining. Pair CNC machining with custom glass cutting and 5-axis CNC edging for complex parts, or with edge polishing for clean, finished edges.

Yes. Send us the hardware specification or template and we will machine the glass to match. We also supply glass hardware for many common systems.

Yes. Each lite is machined before laminating so the holes align across the finished panel.
